تحليل أثر سياسة التوسع في الإنفاق العام على النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل وتقييم أثر سياسة التوسع في الإنفاق العام على النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر ، وهي تنتظم في محورين، يتناول المحور الأوّل بالتحليل الإقتصادي أثر برامج الإستثمار العمومي التي تمّ إعمالها خلال الفترة 2001-2014 على أهم قطاعات الإقتصاد الجزائري، في حين خصص المحور الثاني من هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل هذا الأثر من الناحية الإحصائية وهذا بالإستعانة بالأساليب القياسية الكمية. توصلنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، إلى أنّ الآثار التي أحدثتها سياسة التوسّع في الإنفاق العام على الإقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة 2001-2014 تختلف وتتفاوت من قطاع إقتصادي إلى آخر، كما الزيادة في حجم الإنفاق الإستثماري بـ 1 دينار جزائري من شأنها أن ترفع الناتج الدّاخلي الخام بنحو 0.19 دينار، وأنّ التوسّع في الإنفاق العمومي الإستثماري في الجزائر يفسّر التغيرات التي تطرأ على الناتج الوطني الخام بنسبة متوسّطة بلغت 52.19%. Abstract : This research paper aims to analyzing and evaluating the impact of the expansion of public spending on economic growth in Algeria. This paper is organized in two axes. The first axis analyzes the impact of public investment programs implemented during the period 2001-2014 on the most important sectors of the Algerian economy. while The second theme of this paper is to analyze this effect from a statistical point of view, using quantitative methods. we found that the effects of the policy of expansion of public spending on the Algerian economy during the period 2001-2014 vary and vary from one economic sector to another, and the increase in the volume of investment spending by 1 Algerian dinar would increase the gross domestic product by 0.19 Algerian dinar. The expansion of public investment investment in Algeria explains the changes in the GDP by an average of 52.19%.References
