The appearance of COVID-19 in China and its rapid spread in all countries of the world have paralyzed transport and thus disrupted global supply chains, Thus, the study aims to highlight the strategy of Chinese companies (Alibaba and JD.com). In a shift from traditional commercial supply to e-commerce to reduce the effects of the Corona virus on its performance. The study concluded that the combination of digital consumer maturity with digitally supported supply chains (e-commerce supply) enabled companies to deliver basic supplies to families and individuals in quarantine. The COVID-19 virus imposed on enterprises to operate in more flexible supply chains in line with its widespread prevalence, based mainly on the Internet and social media to implement e-commerce practices. Finally, the study recommended that national companies should learn by comparing Benchmarking with Chinese companies on how to control crises, because COVID-19 is a wake-up call for Algeria and all underdeveloped countries to accelerate the digital transformation of their economies before the next epidemic.References
