Abstract

غالبا ما تظهر المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات كإدماج لتكامل المعايير الأخلاقية في عالم المؤسسات والذي بدا مقدرًا أن يحكمه منطق الربح فقط. على الرغم من أن هذه الفكرة كانت لبعض الوقت صدى متزايد، إلا أنها تثير العديد من الخلافات. النقاشات والجدل تتضاعف حول المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات على حد سواء من حيث الأساسيات والممارسة، نسعى في هذا النص إلى إبراز أهمية تبني مبادئ هذا المفهوم لدى القطاع العمومي ودوره في تحسين أداءه، من خلال إجراء دراسة لعينة من المجالس الشعبية البلدية بالجزائر. The SR often appears as an integration of ethical standards in the world of organizations, which seems to be ruled only by profit logic. Although this idea has for some time been increasinglyresonant, it raises many controversies, and the debates and arguments are multiplying on the social responsibility of organizations both fundamentally and practically. This study seeks to highlight the importance of adopting the principles of this concept in the public sector and its role in improving its performance through conducting a study on a sample of the Municipal People's Councils in Algeria.
